These Terms govern your use of OmniAlera Emoji Personality (the “App”), provided by OmniAlera Technologies Holdings, Inc. (“OmniAlera”, “we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Emoji Personality is an entertainment tool. Its “archetype” read is a playful interpretation for fun and is not a personality assessment or a statement of fact about you. You are responsible for how you use any output.
The App analyses what you provide and returns scores, feedback, or generated suggestions. Core features are free. Certain “Pro” features are available for a one-time purchase.
A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features of the App. Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe; they are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
If a Pro purchase does not work as described, or you are unhappy with it, contact support@omnialera.com within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a refund. Where consumer-protection law grants stronger rights, those apply.
You agree not to misuse the App, including to harass, defraud, or impersonate others, or to circumvent paid features or security. You are solely responsible for content you generate and how you use it.
The App, its design, and its code are owned by OmniAlera. Text you enter remains yours; because it is processed on your device, we claim no rights to it.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results are accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniAlera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update the App and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniAlera is established, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
