These Terms govern your use of the OmniAlera collection of apps and this hub, provided by OmniAlera Technologies Holdings, Inc. (“OmniAlera”, “we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these Terms.
All OmniAlera apps are for entertainment purposes only. Scores, roasts, ratings, interpretations, names, and generated text are produced for fun and are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use any output.
OmniAlera is a collection of mini-apps. Core features are free. Certain “Pro” features, and an all-apps bundle, are available for one-time purchase.
A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the Pro features you bought (or, for the bundle, all apps in the collection at time of purchase). Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe; they are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Because unlock status is stored on your device, it applies to the device/browser where you purchased.
If a purchase does not work as described, or you are unhappy with it, contact support@omnialera.com within 14 days and we will provide a refund. Where consumer-protection law grants stronger rights, those apply.
If you opt in to emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message. We send only daily results and new-app alerts unless you agree otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the apps, including to harass, defraud, or impersonate others, or to circumvent paid features or security. You are solely responsible for content you generate and how you use it.
OmniAlera, its design, and its code are owned by OmniAlera. Text you enter remains yours; because it is processed on your device, we claim no rights to it.
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results are accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniAlera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update the apps and these Terms over time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniAlera is established, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
